Nova Park 1st Year Update

Celebrating our 1-year Anniversary of Nova Park!
 

One of the most important areas of impact that we influence is the resident’s journey, from when they see the sign from the street, through their experience coming into the leasing office and viewing an apartment.

Rebranding
We identified the 4 key components that would be pivotal in rebranding the property. Each of these items were included in the renovation budget, in addition to larger physical needs.

1. Property Name – The property was rebranded with the name Nova Park, this provided an updated look and feel that tied in with cosmic street names of the surrounding area.

2. Curb Appeal – We replaced the existing signs, refreshed the landscape, painted trim, stairwells, and doors, installed solar screens, and removed any unnecessary signs to create a cleaner look.

3. Leasing Experience – We revamped the aesthetics of the leasing office, from fixtures to paint colors, opened up the fitness room, added substantial lighting to brighten things up, and created a mirrored yoga corner which would be more conducive to our residents.

4. Unit Interiors – After heavily shopping comparable properties in the area we decided to update paint schemes, install 2-in blinds, faux-wood flooring, new fixtures, new appliance packages, and resurfaced countertops. These upgrades allowed us to be more competitive in the marketplace and maximize the ROI.
