Stewart believes the purpose of our lives is to add value to others. As co-founder and President of CONTI, Stewart Hsu is passionate in his “integrator” role responsible for collaborating with a talented leadership team to ultimately deliver for investors, residents, employees and vendors. He assists with acquisitions, asset management and investor relations.
With his strong background in multifamily properties, Stewart is a recognized expert in multifamily investing and has served as a guest speaker for his insights and industry leadership. He has executed over $950M in real estate transactions since 2003 and has invested in and managed multifamily property in Dallas since 2007.
Stewart graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He started at Price Waterhouse as a Management Consultant and developed his project management expertise in Silicon Valley over a decade.
Stewart is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a Board Member of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). He is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School’s OPM program.
When he’s not hard at work, Stewart can be found with his family. He’s married to Xi Wang, a professor at SMU, and together they have two beautiful children, Ethan & Sophie. His life purpose is “to seek truth and add value” that makes a positive, meaningful difference in the lives of others. He loves to travel, play ice hockey and enjoys the outdoors – hiking, mountain biking, skiing and sailing.
